Maiden Names

When my mother got married, she changed her name from OıRourke to Barsanti.  Most of my friendıs mothers had done the same thing.  However, society has changed so that women do not need to change their names any more.  The decision to change a name has become full of personal questions and involvement.

Do you think women should or should not change their names upon marriage?
